I am expecting someone to pick the item that was delivered to me on Friday the 18 of September between 12 and 4 pm, the item delivered was not a arlo two seater sofa bed, I sent pictures of what got delivered, it was of very poor standard , not fit for purpose and was put straight back in original packaging as I had no intention of keeping it, I have sent all emails and pictures to yourselves and not understanding why I am getting this email. I do hope this pick up time is happening as I really need this item removing from my home and a full refund given, thankyou
