CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

CONTACT
Get in touch via email or phone, with an outline of what you have in mind. Overall dimensions, delivery address and any access restrictions all to be mentioned in the email. If the design is more complicated, a photo of a simple drawing is helpful.

QUOTE
We will quickly put a quote together usually within 1-2 days, based on the details provided and send this to you via email. This can easily be updated if you would like to consider different options.

CONFIRM ORDER
If you are happy with the quote, place the order securely by following the instructions on the email. The lead time would begin when the order is placed.

DELIVERY
Delivery usually takes place within 5-10 days after completion of the order. Shipping is via our in-house delivery team providing a two man delivery service with assembly in room of choice.
