Brilliant customer service from the start. We changed our mind about the colour after checkout and so contacted Sofaya Customer service via WhatsApp, they were so helpful. They had colour samples posted out to us pronto! We purchased the Belgravia 4 seater sofa in Mink Velvet. The delivery was very fast and we were well informed along the way. Delivery guys were amazing and bought the sofa in, unpacked, fitted it all together and made sure we loved it before they tidied up and left us. The sofa itself is beautiful, so comfortable, spacious and well made. It’s better than I imagined and we are absolutely over the moon with our choice and purchase. Brilliant investment.
